Little Mexico, owned by Oscar Torres is one of the most highly anticipated new businesses in New England in recent memory.
Little Mexico opened its first door in Ludlow, VT on January 2024.

Our Origin Story
Little Mexico Restaurant & Cantina held a soft opening on January 2024 @ 157 Pond St, Ludlow, VT 05149.
Originally from Mexico, Oscar Torres had been working in the Hospitality industry for more than 20 years as restaurateur before they decided to develop their passion of building community and having fun: "An Authentic Mexican Cuisine|Restaurant".
Oscar wanted to provide authentic Mexican food, and they wanted to do it here in New England. He felt there was a need for an Authentic Mexican FOOD here in New England. He opened their first location in Ludlow, VT. This is just the start; Oscar is looking to open for a second location to build and extraordinary brand here in New England.
